How to get Birth, Marriage or Death certificates?

- If you got the date of birth, marriage or death and the certificate number, after Rs.100.00 rupees paid to the Divisional Secretariat can be obtained a new copy.
- If you do not know the date of birth, marriage or death and the certificate number, after Rs.200.00 rupees paid to the Divisional Secretariat can be obtained a new copy.
How to register the birth?

- A normal birth should be register within three months. Meet your registrar of your division ( relevent division the birth occurred ) and register the birth.
- For registration of birth which were three months old, Meet your Additional District Registrar of your divisional secretariat ( relevent division the birth occurred ) and register the birth.

- පළමුව විශ්‍රාමිකයාගේ මරණ සහතිකය ලබා ගෙන විශ්‍රාම වැටුප නතර කිරීම.
